The Parish Handbook refers to contacting statutory agencies outside of office hour when the DSA (Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor)  and Assistant DSA are unavailable. Manchester Diocese provides an out of hours service by 31:8 (formerly CCPAS) which delivers advice and guidance when the Safeguarding Team are not available. 31:8 may be contacted on 0303 003 1111.
